We collect personal information you provide directly — your full name, email, phone number, postcode, household composition, employment status and, where relevant to a grant or tax application, tax file number, Medicare details or ABN. We also collect technical information automatically (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, referring URL) via essential cookies.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used strictly to: (a) assess your eligibility for government grants, rebates and tax offsets; (b) prepare and lodge applications you authorise; (c) provide customer support and follow-up; (d) meet our regulatory obligations to the Tax Practitioners Board, AUSTRAC and AFCA; (e) improve our website through aggregated analytics.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We will never sell your data. We disclose information only to: the Australian Taxation Office, Services Australia, Centrelink and relevant state agencies when lodging an application on your behalf; our vetted technology providers bound by Australian privacy law; or law-enforcement bodies under a valid court order.
4. Data storage and security
All personal information is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) and stored exclusively in Australian-based data centres located in Sydney and Melbourne. 6. International transfers
We do not transfer personal information outside Australia. If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before any overseas transfer.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
